Here’s exactly what happens when you book with PinBay Golf.
We Deliver & Set Up
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time. Setup takes about 45 minutes — we inflate the enclosure, mount the screen, position the projector and launch monitor, calibrate the software, and run a test shot to make sure everything is dialed in.
When we leave, everything is ready. We give you a brief walkthrough and a QR code support guide with troubleshooting steps for anything that might come up.
What we need from you:
- Indoor or covered space (approximately 15’ wide × 20’ deep × 10’ tall)
- One standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area
- Access to the space 90 minutes before your event

Your Guests Play
No attendant required. The simulator is intuitive — even guests who’ve never held a club figure it out in a few swings. The QR code support guide covers every common question.
Guests can play full rounds, practice modes, or closest-to-the-pin competitions. The launch monitor tracks ball speed, launch angle, carry distance, and shot shape — it becomes a game within the game.

We Handle Teardown
We return at your agreed pickup time, break everything down, and remove all equipment. Usually takes 30–40 minutes. Your venue is left exactly as we found it.

Space Requirements
Dimensions
15’ wide × 20’ deep × 10’ tall. A standard hotel ballroom, conference room, office common area, or open warehouse bay works well. The inflatable enclosure controls ambient light, so windows and overhead lighting don’t affect image quality.
Power
One standard 120V / 15A outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. We bring our own extension cords and cable management. No special electrical required.
Floor
Any flat floor works — carpet, hardwood, concrete, or turf. We bring a premium hitting mat that protects flooring and gives players a consistent stance.

What if something goes wrong during the event?
We leave a QR code support guide that covers every common issue. Most can be resolved in under 2 minutes. If anything requires us to come back, we will — same day, no questions.
Can guests play if they've never golfed before?
Absolutely. Most first-timers are up and playing within five minutes. The software provides instant feedback on every shot, which makes it addictive for beginners. No golf experience needed.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just the space and one standard outlet. We bring everything else.
